Strength: Front squats Every 90 secs for 12 min (8 sets) complete 2 Front Squats from ground either 1 squat clean +1 front squat or 1 power clean + 2 front squat
Start at around 50% and add weight each set
WOD: 12 min EMOM
ODD min: 5 Front Squats (60/40)
EVEN min: 7 T2B
