Rest as needed between holes, but time cap for the course is 36mins, or 4mins a hole.
Each burst of unbroken reps equals a stroke, so you record how many strokes it takes to finish an exercise. Eg. 100 double unders in 2 sets = 2 strokes. 40 TTB completed in 15, 10, 7, 5, 3 = 5 strokes
