1. 100 Dubs or 200 Singles (Par 3)

2. 30 Thrusters 40/25kg (Par 3)

3. 40 TTB or Hanging knee raise (Par 4)

4. 75 Russian Swings 24/16kg (Par 3)

5. 50 Wallballs 9/6kg (Par 4)

6. 40 DB Snatch 22.5/15kg (Par 3)

7. 50 Situps (Par 3)

8. 30 STOH 40/25kg (Par 3)

9. 30 Goblet Walking Lunge 22.5/15kg (Par 2)

Rest as needed between holes, but time cap for the course is 36mins, or 4mins a hole.

Each burst of unbroken reps equals a stroke, so you record how many strokes it takes to finish an exercise. Eg. 100 double unders in 2 sets = 2 strokes. 40 TTB completed in 15, 10, 7, 5, 3 = 5 strokes

Course Par is 28 – can you par? Can you go under par?

Pair up and make a friendly wager ??? 5:30 a can a hole??
