Each workout is carefully planned to make sure we are consistently covering all the 10 components of fitness. These are; flexibility, endurance, strength, stamina, power, speed, agility, balance accuracy and coordination.
Our 60 minute coached classes consist of a warm up, a strength or gymnastics session and then the daily conditioning workout or Workout of the Day (WOD).
Generally our workouts are short and intense but there is the occasional longer workout thrown in every now and again.
All classes are specifically designed so they can be modified and optimised to any level of ability or limitation, if needed.
On Saturday mornings we usually mix it up a bit with a partner or team workout… these are lots of fun while still giving you an awesome workout!

OUR OTHER CLASSES:
Barbell Class: These classes are designed to help improve your technique and strength with the Olympic lifts – Snatch and Clean and Jerk. Coached by competitive weightlifters.
HIIT & Run: This is a high energy 45-minute class that blends a fast-paced cardio workout with high intensity interval and resistance training. This class is perfect for the athlete looking for a non-stop, action-packed 45 mins of exercise, without the heavy weightlifting and high skill gymnastics.
Functional Bodybuilding (Swole Patrol) : If your goal is to put on a serious amount of lean muscle, then this is the class for you. We slow it down with the weights for time under tension but then crank it hard on the cardio sets. Focus is on movement quality which is more important than the amount of load (weight) or intensity (work) applied.You must follow the tempo, adhere to the full range of movement and repetitions and sets, and observe the proper amount of rest. It all has a purpose.
