Personal Training

HOUSE of TRAINING offers personal training sessions for those who:

  • prefer a one-on- one atmosphere,
  • require sports or job specific training,
  • have specific exercise needs,
  • are rehabbing an injury or
  • are returning to fitness after a long break.
One-on- One coaching sessions are helpful and can often provide those breakthrough moments when movements click into place and health and fitness goals are reached.  It can be the solution to attaining high skill movements such as Olympic Weightlifting or gymnastics (handstand pressups, muscle ups) that require a lot of technique work and practice, as well as an experienced coaches eye.
