Strength – Back squats
Every 90 secs for 6 sets:x 10 reps @ 50 – 60% of 1RM

WOD: AMRAP x 8
AMRAP in 1 min of:
5 Thruster (42.5/30)
15 bar facing burpees
*Rest 1 min between each cycle. For each cycle continue the AMRAP from your last reps

19.2 TONIGHT FROM 4:30pm – Make sure you know what the wod is, sign up for a heat and stay on the judge someone else.  Bring some drinks for after.
