MED STRENGTH: Sumo Deadlift- Work up to a heavy 3 rep (reset reps) deadlift (12 min time cap)

WOD: 3 x 3 min AMRAP’s

3 Sumo Deadlifts (120/85)

6 Box Jumps (60/50)

9 Kb Swings (24/16)

2 min rest between each 3 min AMRAP

Record score for each AMRAP
