

Idan has been working hard lately to get his squat position right, yesterday under a squat clean he nailed it, good posture , balanced and head up!
Training WOD:
Run 100m
10 x Dumbbell step-ups (22.5/15) 60/50, hold dumbbells with arms straight down by your side.
8 x Dumbbell clean (22.5/15) ensure the dumbbell is flat on the ground every rep, if needed scale to the hang position.
rest 30 sec after each round
8 rounds
