HIGH FRIDAY or 19.3

Strength: Push Jerk

In 15 mins work up to a Heavy Triple then Heavy Double then Heavy Single

INTERVAL AMRAPS 1:00 work:30 sec rest for 4 rounds (6 mins)

  • Row 12/8 cals then AMRAP Push Jerk (60/40) – Score = total reps over 4 rounds
  • Bike 12/8 cals then AMRAP Hang Power Clean (60/40) – Score = total reps over 4 rds
