Awesome to see the PB’s set on that absolute grinder of a conditioning test last week!! This week we’ll be retesting our “ELIZA+” and setting new Push Press and Front Squat 1RM’s. These 2 lifts are the focus of our cycle – getting stronger at these will translate into so many of our CF movements.
