A) 3 x TnG Power Clean every 90secs for 7 sets ( Buliding in weight)
B) 23 x Wall Balls 9/6 (Unbroken -100m penalty run when you drop the ball)
10 x Burpee facing box jump over 60/50
5 Rounds for time (14min time cap)
