Whether you want to gain muscle, lose fat, pursue a healthy lifestyle, or even compete at a high level in sport, often the main limiting factor is nutrition. Poor nutrition holds you back from achieving your goals. Good nutrition is what propels you forward.

  • Have you ever wondered why you can’t get lean or gain muscle?
  • Do you feel like your results are not a true reflection of your effort?
  • Are you always on a diet, or watching what you eat, but getting nowhere?
  • Are you confused by media messages and nutrition myths about which diet is best?

What you need instead is guidance. Someone who can help you figure out the few important things you should be doing differently. Someone who can walk alongside you, troubleshooting the inevitable challenges and difficulties that come up.

Initial Consultation

Your first consultation is designed to assess your current lifestyle and eating habits to ensure a diet plan that is suited to you and your daily routine. Your essential measurements will be taken including height, body weight, skinfolds, body fat percentage, lean mass, BMI, etc. From these measures, a tailored caloric calculation will be done to ensure your diet plan is specific to your body composition and performance requirements.

We will set goals and together come up with a plan to get you the results you want.  As the saying goes “GOALS without a PLAN are just a WISH”.

Follow-Up Appointments

$30.00 (30mins)

follow-up

A standard follow up consultation is a 30 minute consultation where we track your progress and modify your diet in areas if required.

Your essential measurements will be taken again and you will have an informative session to assist you to make the changes in order to reach your goals.  We discuss any lifestyle issues that may be affecting your diet plan and goals.
