A)Spend 12 minutes working up to heavy clean and jerk

B)Partner up,

  • while you do 3 clean and jerks 80/60 choose a challenging weight , cannot touch and go unless RX
  • your partner does 1 round of Cindy, 5 pull ups, 10 push ups 15 air squats
  • every 4 rounds of Cindy run 400m together

complete 20 rounds of Cindy together
