B) Teams of 3 – 5 mins per station accumulate max reps/cals

  • Assault bike
  • Handstand walk
  • Rope Climbs
  • Tire Pulls

Partner up

5 x Pull ups

10 x k/b swings

15 x squats

400m run while partner works, then swap over

20 minutes
