Alternate between handstand walking and pistol progressions 15 min
Utilize same scaling options as workout
Training WOD:
20min EMOM
1) Cal row 15/12
2) 10m HS Walk (2m UB increments)
3) 12 Alternating pistols
4) Cal AB 12/10
Scaling:
Adjust cals on both row and bike (should only be working for 40 sec max)
HS Walk – 2x round the world on box, shoulder taps on wall, HS Hold
Pistol – assisted or box progression
