LOW: Tempo Back squats 12 min E2MOM (6 rounds)

5 reps (5 sec lower, 1 sec pause in bottom then up AFAP) @ 60% of 1RM

 

FINISHER: 

100m Front rack KB carry AHAP

30 sec side plank (each side)

20 single leg glute bridge (each side)

100m Farmers carry AHAP

 3 sets (15 min) can build in weight over 3 sets
