Training WOD:
Back squats 5 x 10 reps
Do either 5 sets at the same weight ,(this will give the largest amount of intensity each set if you start heavy) or gradually build up each set, the aim would be to try to achieve the 70/75% of 1 rep max as a start guide. If done right these squats will be extremely taxing both anaerobically and aerobically.
Finisher
6 x T2B
8 x push-ups
10 x Russian KB straight arm swings (choose own weight)
6 min amrap
The finisher can be done at any time when your squats are done.
A ‘finisher’ is designed to extract any remaining energy that you may have withheld from the back squats, so attack this 100%. and aim for 6 rounds.
