1 x Turkish Getup 24/16
5 x K/B clean
5 x K/B thruster
12 m overhead K/B waiters lunge
10 rounds in total( 5 rounds per arm)
Complete one complete round on one arm before swapping over to the other side.
Not for time WOD, so focus on those imbalances and stability.
Feel free to change the weight on each movement if needed.
