It’s a great way to build fitness, boost energy, and ease into training if you’re getting started.
CrossFit Kia Kaha
Elevate your strength and performance through functional training.
Our CrossFit Kia Kaha classes combine strength, conditioning, and functional movement to build well-rounded fitness. Each 60-minute class includes a guided warm-up, strength or skill development, a workout of the day (WOD) that can be scaled to your level. No matter your experience, movements are always adjusted to suit you – so you can train safely, progress steadily, and feel confident in class.

HYROX Training Club
Elevate your endurance and conditioning to prepare for race day.
HYROX training blends running, conditioning, and strength endurance to prepare you for hybrid racing. Classes reflect the HYROX race format: Run segments combined with functional workout stations, coached and structured so you build fitness safely and progressively. House of Training is a registered HYROX Training Club affiliate, so whether you’re aiming for your first race or just love this style of training, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

BARBELL CLUB
Escalate your strength and technique with dedicated barbell classes.
Barbell Club is focused on developing technique and strength in the Olympic lifts – the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. Classes break movements down into progressions, drills, and full lifts so you can improve positions, timing, and confidence at your own pace. Tuesday: Snatch technique & strength. Thursday: Clean & Jerk technique & strength
GYMNASTICS
Escalate your bodyweight strength, mobility, and movement quality.
Our Gymnastics classes focus on developing strength, control, and confidence with bodyweight movements. You’ll work on skills such as: pull-ups, toes-to-bar, muscle-ups, handstand work, rope climbs. Everything is taught through progressions, so you build the foundations first before advancing to harder skills.
