EASE-IN PATHWAY

STEP 1 – ENGAGE

ENGAGE is about getting comfortable in the gym, meeting the coaches, and building confidence with movement and training.

Those new to the gym, returning after a break, new to Whangārei, or wanting to try training with House of Training before committing.

Come along to a free trial with a class of your choice. For beginners, we recommend Strength or HIIT30.

Casual training (10-class pass)

STEP 2 – EVOLVE

EVOLVE is for people ready to train regularly focusing on improving movement quality, building strength safely, & creating routines that last.

Those rebuilding fitness, wanting steady progress and aiming to train twice per week.

Strength and HIIT 30

Evolve Membership
(2 classes per week)

STEP 3 – ELEVATE

ELEVATE is for members who’ve trained before and want to develop skills properly while feeling confident in faster-paced classes.

Those training 3+ times per week and wanting to improve technique and performance.

CrossFit and HYROX

Elevate Membership
(3+ classes pw)

STEP 4 – ESCALATE

ESCALATE is for experienced members with bigger training goals. Programming is structured, challenging, and goal-driven.

Athletes, competitors, or members training frequently with performance goals.
